	1941 Graduated from the National Academy of Arts in Hangzhou
	1955 Moved to Paris where he held numerous solo exhibitions
	1964 Was invited to show his work at the International Art Exhibition at the Carnegie Institute,Pittsburgh
	1997 Was honored by the Academie des Beaux-Arts de France and elected as a member of the institute
