Born in Sichuan, he graduated from Westsouth College of art where he remained to tech upon his graduation in 1956. Art Foundation
of Taiwan published the oil paintings and held the sols exhibition for him in 1995. «DuyoungQiao and Luo ZhongLi Joning Exhibition» was
held in Taiwan.
