Born in Hsinchu (b.1931), Taiwan and has been interested in paining since he was young. He had been teaching
ever since graduating from the Department of Art in the National Taipei Teacher's College in 1952. He held dozens of individual
art exhibitions and had an oil painting art show in the Centre Culturel et d' Information de Taipei a Paris in 2001.
